英文：

Position description：

1. Research and innovation in radio communication, analog/RF IC Design or related area;

2. Responsible for study of edging cutting communication techniques including protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation or analog/RF circuit design in radio communication;

3. Theoretical analysis and prototype design;

4. Contribution to patent, standardization and paper.

 

Requirement：

1. Ph.D in radio/wireless communication, analog/RF IC Design or related area;

2. Familiar with key wireless communication techniques based on OFDM/MIMO, UWB radio or more advanced future techniques such as mesh network, ad hoc network et al; or familiar with Analog/RF IC design and solid-state circuit knowledge;

5. Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in wireless communication system is preferred;

6. Experience in baseband prototype building is a plus;

7. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English;

8. High responsibility, dedication and team spirit.

职位描述：

1.       在无线通信，模拟及射频集成电路或相关领域开展研究和创新工作；

2.       负责针对前沿的通信技术进行研究，包括无线通信中的协议和算法设计、分析、仿真，或模拟/射频集成电路的设计

3.       进行理论的分析和原型系统设计

4.       完成专利、论文和标准化文档

 

要求：

1.       具有无线通信、模拟/射频集成电路或相关专业的博士学位

2.       熟悉主要的无线通信技术，如OFDM/MIMO、UWB或者更多的先进技术如Mesh网络、Ad-Hoc网络等；或者熟悉模拟/射频集成电路和固体电子学；

3.       优先考虑熟悉无线通信系统中的FPGA和DSP设计的应聘者；

4.       优先考虑具有基带原型的设计开发经验的应聘者；

5.       具有优秀的英文语法、写作、陈述和交流能力；

6.       高度的责任感、奉献精神和团队精神。
