1. Value Engineer (职位编号: 816400) 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with component owners, manufacturing and sourcing teams and suppliers t
o establish cost concepts/models for turbo-compressors machinery mechanical/el
ectrical systems & components
* Investigate design practices and experiences across GE O&G products to ident
ify cost reduction opportunities to turbo compressors mechanical/electrical sy
stems & components through coating, material, processing and design optimizati
on.
* Lead or support the assessment of cost reduction concepts/opportunities and 
develop project potentials.
* Prepare project scope describing basic idea, identify high-level actions, ri
sks and how to address them, and transfer projects to engineering owners.
* Actively support business initiatives on idea generation and best practice s
haring with cross-functional teams and internal / external suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* BS+ degree on Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years working experience on mechani
cal/structural/composite product design, manufacturing or field service.
* Good knowledge on machinery or material processing. Experience with applicab
le industry or material codes & standards
* Good insight into the design for manufacturing; be able to link designs to e
fficient manufacturing practices.
* Be able to make engineering cost estimates, and project the reliable assessm
ent of cost saving to Engineering Leaders.
* Self-directed and solution-oriented, flexibility in handling a diverse and c
hallenging workload.
* Great communication, organizational, and project execution skills.

2. Product Design Engineer (职位编号: 816407) 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for Gas Turbine driven train packaging and Auxiliary Systems for
 GE Oil & Gas product line, in particular the candidate will be involved in st
ructural design for base-plate, piping system design, auxiliaries equipment se
lection and system specification. It will be his responsibility technical docu
mentation issuing (Customer & Manufacturing documentation), looking for qualit
y and timeliness.
* Design will be based on O&G design practice and project requirements, starti
ng from customer specification reading and translation into project technical 
documentation to be issued for project execution.
The right candidate will have the ability to:
* Manage entire project by reviewing drawings produced by drafters starting fr
om the input given by him.
* Manage total of hours spent on the project and allocate right resources (dra
fters) for assigned tasks
* Develop the design using CAD and communication with 3D modelers/drafting
* Justify the design concepts with hand calculations and FEA
* Present ideas through design review and drawing sign-off
* Validate the design through specific activities at supplier facilities
* Provide right support during manufacturing phase
* Support design from concept to lessons learned coming from fleet utilization


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
* Strong technical skills
* Interpersonal skills
* A minimum of 2-3 years engineering experience of practical application
* A Master degree in relevant technical background is preferred.

DESIRED:
* Familiarity with O&G product, structural and piping design. - Mechanical des

3. Material & Processes Engineer (职位编号: 816410) 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Material & Processes Engineering Team is part of the Advance Technology Or
ganization supporting Engineering, Sourcing and Global Service from the point 
of view of material selection/properties, special process, NDT, failure, lifin
g and repair technologies.
In this team the Materials & Processes Expert is responsible for:
* As an expert the jobholder acts as the single point of contact for all Oil a
nd Gas Sourcing for the application and approval of all Special Processes and 
Non Destructive Testing and more specifically regarding the materials properti
es and how they react with the different manufacturing processes
* He is a resource for all Engineering personnel and Sourcing personnel as an 
expert related to the chemical and mechanical properties for all manufacturing
 processes and especially special processes.
* He is able to indicate equivalent materials to EU or USA standards and he is
 in charge to write the relevant technical documentation.
* He manages Supply Deviation Requests and he is responsible for Corrective ac
tion Implementation
* He works closely with the Engineering NPI team as it relates to material pro
perties.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3 yrs background in Material Properties and Special Processes
* Minimum 3 yrs experience with Non-Destructive Testing
* Knowledge of chemical, mechanical, the impact of Manufacturing processes on 
the material properties of material
* Knowledge of sand casting, forging, heat treatment process
* Knowledge of applying NDT technology to Manufacturing Applications
* Knowledge of Measurement System and Gage calibration
* Ability to work and develop new approaches and technology to solve issues
* Master Degree in relevant technical background is preferred.
* NDT Level II Certification is a plus (Radiographic Test, Magnetic Particle I
nspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection).

* Work with Electrical Systems and rotating machinery Suppliers, with manufact
uring and sourcing teams to qualify local solutions and systems for O&G applic
ations
* Drive Suppliers Quality and technical fulfillment for medium voltage motors,
 electrical generators, power electronics
* Local technical point of contact with Customers and End Users
* Lead or support the assessment of cost reduction concepts/opportunities and 
develop project potentials.
* Support projects execution and engineering activities for O&G Customers
* Introduce and be responsible for adoption of O&G standards with local Suppli
ers
* Develop feasibility studies and support to Sales for O&G Customers

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* BS+ degree on Electrical Engineering
* 3+ years working experience on electrical rotating machines or power electro
nics engineering or manufacturing
* Good knowledge on electrical machinery and systems manufacturing processes. 
Experience with applicable industry codes & standards (IEC, API; IEEE)
