描述/要求：

Job Responsibilities

Brake systems and system components development in terms of functionality, robustness and costs
Planning, executing and analyzing of test programs and documentation in test reports
Recording and preparation of measurement results with statistical test methods
Analysis, exploration, evaluation and recommendation of new concepts
Release tests and documentation of test results
Independent planning and execution of standard development and release tests
Collaboration on, and creation of specifications for new components and systems
Collaboration on, and creation of specifications for new test devices or build-up and programming of test stands
Handling of concessions/deviations and change requests (ICRs)
Teamwork in project teams
Execution of tests on components of our competitors (Benchmarking)
Working according to ISO / QS-standards and VDA (6)
Training of technicians in terms of test execution, analysis and measurement
Assist of customer- and supplier support
Support of production in case of problems
Support of process improvements

Job Requirements

Certified Engineer, chartered Engineer
Engineering degree (FH/TH) in engine building or electrotechnics
Basic knowledge in controls engineering and electronics, electrical systems, details knowledge in measurement
Knowledge in data compilation and processing (statistical processing of test results), test methods and statistics desirable
Knowledge of quality and environmental guidelines
Basic knowledge of project management and GDPIM
Analytical problem solving
MS Office
FMEA
Total quality methods and techniques (TQM), Six Sigma
Design to cost
Engineering Manual
Presentation and communication techniques
Good English communication skills
Targeted and result oriented working
Experience in the automobile industry
Leadership experience (technicians)
Experience with customer contact and other cultures
Communication skills
Team orientation
Ability to analyse
Willing to travel
Resilience
