    一、公司介绍

    天弈方圆成立于2004年，专注于金融风险管理领域的理论研究、教育培训、管理咨询、金融工程和IT技术，是一家具备专业深度和国际视野的现代风险管理服务提供商。

    天弈方圆立足于现代金融风险管理技术的中国本土化实施，以中国市场需求为导向，以专家团队为核心，以理论研究为基础，以产品开发为主导，以国际合作为支持，为我国各类金融机构以及大型企业提供风险管理的专业化服务。

    天弈方圆自2005年以来与中国人民大学金融风险管理工作室合作组织“中国金融风险经理论坛”，为我国新兴的风险经理搭建了重要的技术交流平台，有效整合了国内外大学、行业协会、金融机构以及IT公司等风险管理领域的各种资源，汇集了众多国内外该领域的风险管理技术专家。

    天弈方圆曾为国内外多家金融机构和金融IT技术公司提供风险管理教育培训和咨询顾问服务。2007年天弈方圆中标世界银行国际金融公司为期2年的“银行按揭贷款国际技术中国本土化项目”，正式成为世界银行中国本地服务供应商。2008年天弈方圆成为了中国银行业协会战略合作伙伴，负责中国银行业从业资格考试《公司信贷》和《个人信贷》两个科目的项目外包商。

    围绕着金融风险管理，天弈方圆采用多层次知识产品体系的发展战略，以深入的理论研究为基础，以管理咨询、教育培训、风险管理信息服务、金融风险IT技术开发为核心产品和服务，以风险管理杂志书籍出版、行业门户网站和会议活动为辅助产品，构建一个集知识管理、知识应用、知识传播和互动交流为一体的多层次现代风险管理知识产品体系。

    管理咨询

    为客户提供反映国际先进理念和最佳做法，同时有效结合我国国情和客户实际需求的风险管理解决方案。咨询范围包括：风险战略、风险文化、风险管理组织体系、风险识别、衡量和报告体系、风险管理策略和工具、业务流程改进和操作风险管理、中小金融机构全面风险管理体系、新巴塞尔资本协议和合规风险管理等。

    教育培训

    旨在为金融机构新兴的风险管理部门提供专业化的人才培养服务，同时为金融机构中高层管理者提供现代风险管理理念和技术框架的培训服务。培训以国际先进的理念和最佳作法为基础，同时结合客户的具体咨询需求，重视现代风险管理知识和技术在中国市场上的实用性。

    信息服务

    为金融机构风险管理部提供专业化的信息搜集、筛选和加工整理的服务。代表性产品包括风险新闻（每周）、风险管理评论（双月）、风险管理宏观环境和政策分析报告（季度）、中国金融机构风险管理发展报告（年度，含三大风险专题报告）、金融风险管理IT技术发展报告（年度）和国内外重大金融风险事件分析专题报告。

    风险IT

    以科研为基础，与国际先进风险管理技术供应商合作，共同实施国际产品的本土化和客户化，并开发适用于中国市场和客户订制需求的本土化风险管理IT技术服务。

 

 

 

Introduction
Established in 2004, The Company is specialized in providing Consultative services relating to the Theoretical research of Financial Risk Management, Management Training, Corporative management, Financial Project, and Financial IT Technology.
Based on the application of the modern financial risk management techniques successfully localized in China, with our market-driven Consultative product, team of elites, Professional expertise, and support from international co-operations. We are aimed at providing professional risk management consultative services for various corporations.
In order to form the Risk management techniques exchanging platform, and reassign the sources of risk management occupied by different universities, associations, financial firms and IT companies, We founded the “China Financial Risk manager Forum” in the co-operation with the financial risk management center in Renmin University of China in 2005, which has attracted numerous of domestic specialists in the field of risk management as well as oversea experts.
TYFY has provid the consultative services and trainings for many financial organizations and finance IT companies. In 2007, we won the bid of the project from the International Financial Corporation incorporated in the World Bank Group, and become the one of officially recognized local services providers of the WBG in China. The 2 years’project is in relation to the research of the localization of the international banking mortgage lending techniques in China.

In the Financial risk management field, with our solid theory research base, and the strategy of multi-layer info products scheme, we are focusing on constructing an Info-Intensive, an Info-application, and an Info exchanging modern risk management info products system, which currently providing risk management consultancy, management training, financial risk related IT tech development as main, and risk management magazine, risk management website and conference organization as subsidiary services.

Including: Risk strategy, Risk management Culture, Risk management organization system, Risk identification, measurement, and reporting systems, risk management strategies and tools, modification of Business control procedures and operational risk management, comprehensive risk management system for middle and small sized financial organizations, and Basel II capital accord.

Traning

In order to provide professional training for the rising risk management department in financial organizations, at same time, offering modern risk management concepts and techniques schemes for managers and directors, Not only our training is based on the advanced international concepts and optimal solutions, at the same time, we also  take customers’ real need seriously and always emphasize the integration with China’s reality.

Professional Info searching, assorting, and publishing for financial organizations are also playing big role among our services. The representative products includes Risk News (Weekly), Risk Management Forum (Bimonthly), Risk Management Macroscopical Environment & Policy Report(Quarterly), the Risk Management Development Report in China’s Financial Organization(annually, including special reports on the 3 big risks), the Report of the Development of IT Technology for Risk Management(annually) and the Special Report for the Analysis of Domestic and International Risk Events.
