岗责 1、根据需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人； 2、协助猎头顾问进行相关侯选人资料的集、分类、整理； 3、协助猎头顾问进行简历的初步筛选及面试方案的准备； 4、整理候选人推荐报告； 5、汇总和归类客户、候选人的，建立行业人才数据库，整理与归档文件； 6、处理电话业务咨询事务。 任资格 1、相关专业大专学历以上学历； 2、销售、客户管理或招聘经验者优先考虑； 3、对企业战略、企业文化、业规划深刻的理解； 4、工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察判断能力，良好的语言表达及文字理解能力； 5、熟悉使用常用办软件。 联系方式：
