Freelance Researchers are expected to search candidates thought personal networks, direct contacts or cold calling by phone. You can work on irregular hour to suit you schedule and no presence to office is required.

Successful candidates can make good use of their leisure time to search candidates for positions like Manager, Supervisors and Assistants. Attractive commission will be offered on successful base. Supports and coaching will be given when necessary. Reports and evaluations in English have to be drafted to the management on the searched candidates in specific format by the researchers.
