?Design and implementation of hardware systems (pre-production prototypes) compliant to PICMG3.X specifications. Responsible for circuit design and analysis using schematic capture (OrCAD or Candence Concept, etc.); guiding PCB layout; prototype verification using lab instruments. 
?Design tests for implementation work 
?Document all design and implementation and test results 
?Define product descriptions and feature list, translating hardware requirements into hardware specification 
?Interfacing with other hardware/software team 

Qualifications/Capabilities: 
?Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electronics & Communication & Electrical & Computer Science 
?Must have a good understanding of PICMG/ATCA/AMC specifications; 
?At least 3 years experience of development/testing of Telecom systems, fully experienced in circuit design (digital and analog), familiar with typical processors (IA, PPC, etc.) and relevant debug tools. Familiar to Lattice, Xilinx and Altera product. 
?Experience with Compact PCI, PXI boards and High-speed back plane and related programming 
?Knowledge of Chassis Management. 
?Good communication skills in English 
?Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
