北京发那科机电有限公司是由北京机床研究所与日本FANUC公司于1992年共同出资成立的合资企业。公司专门从事机床数控系统的生产、销售及维修和技术服务。公司注册资本1130万美元，美国GE-FANUC和北京实创科技开发总公司各参股10%，中外双方股比各占50%。

日本FANUC公司是世界上最大的专业生产数控装置和机器人、智能化设备的著名厂商。该公司技术领先，实力雄厚，为当今世界工业自动化事业做出了重要贡献。FANUC为本合资公司提供了全方位技术支持。

北京机床研究所是中国机床工业最大的研发基地，日本FANUC也是世界上最大的专业生产数控系统和工业机器人的著名厂商。

BEIJING-FANUC Mechatronics Co.,Ltd was a joint venture co-invested by Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute and Japan FANUC Co., in 1992, specialized in manufacture, sales and maintenance of numerical tools. Its registered capital is 11.3 million USD ,with US GE-FANUC and Beijing Shichuang Science &Technology Development Corporation holding respectively 10% of stock share. The Chinese party's and foreign party's stock shares are both 50% in the total.

Ever since the founding of the joint venture,guided by the principle of -"Customer ,Service and Quality First-", BEIJING-FANUC has shouldered the mission to revitalize Chinese numerical control machine tools, strived and made great achievements. In recent years, BEIJING-FANUC has manufactured and sold 16 thousand sets of numerical control devices in total and responsible for maintenance to more than 30 thousand numerical control machine tools equipped with FANUC currently in use in China. To meet fully a variety of needs of customers a subsidiary named as Beijing FANUC numerical control Engineering Co.,Ltd has been founded, specialized in numerical machine tool rebuilding, turn-key cabinet and cable manufacturing etc.
