Receptionist 前台-西得乐机械（北京）有限公司

? Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel. Conference room set-up for visitors & VIPs.
? Operates a switchboard, answers incoming calls and take messages.
? Sorts and distributes incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and maintains postage records.
? Make monthly financial expense report and cost summary.
? Interacts with office suppliers and vendor, order necessary office supplies, make inventory records.
? Company car and driver coordination
? Monthly staff attendance data input, make monthly report
? Make reservation and travel arrangements as required
? Interact with supplier to handle name cards and document printing
? Performs routine administrative works as assigned ， including office cleaning job management, staff lunch ， etc.

? 来宾的接待及来宾的会议室招待准备
? 接听来电、记录留言
? 函邮寄、传真发并做邮件记录
? 各项费用的月底分帐及报销
? 日常物品和办用品的采购及库存记录
? 机和车辆的调度
? 员工考勤的录入、制作出勤报告
? 在需要时提供差旅预定、后勤方面的支持
? 负责与外部供应商联系制作人员名片、以及文件复印
? 完成交的日常行政事物， 包括：办室清洁管理、员工午餐等等

Education :

• Above college degree , 大专以上学历
• Major in English is preferred 英语专业优先考虑

Experience :Recent college graduates or over 1 year work experience in administrative support 应届毕业生或者一年以上工作经验
Competences / Specific knowledge :Good command of oral and written English 英语说写能力优秀
